The AbraCap abrasive caps and the flexible rubber holders are novel tools for fine grinding and polishing of all metals. Whenever rigid grinding is unsatisfactory, AbraCaps fulfil their purpose.

The abrasive caps are manufactured without a seam and covered with several layers of grit. It is recommended to slightly wet the surface of the rubber holder prior to pushing on the abrasive cap to ensure that the cap, which has a glue surface on the inside, firmly sticks to the rubber holder.

The flexible rubber holders have a longitudinal slit so that when pushing the cap on, air can escape and a used cap can be slit with a knife and removed from the rubber holder.

For small diameters, the maximum recommended speed is 6000-10,000 rpm. For large diameters, the maximum recommended speed is 3000-6000 rpm.

S-suffix denotes square profile
R-Suffix denotes round profile
P-Suffix denotes Pointed profile
Available with 1/8" diameter shaft
